A typical inspection lasts 2-4 hours, depending on the size of the property. During the inspection, the inspector will check major systems including roofing, plumbing, and electrical. 1-2 days after the comprehensive inspection, you will receive a report detailing the inspector’s notes. This report will include photographs of any affected areas, as well as recommendations for resolving any issues.
